Meet Kristal Frazier

I started out as a passionate nonprofit advocate, captivated by the power of storytelling and strategy. It was during a college assignment—writing my first grant proposal—that I discovered my knack for fundraising, ultimately embarking on a journey that led to raising over $200 million for causes I believe in. My confidence as a fundraiser opened doors, and soon I found myself guiding others on how to speak boldly and lead with purpose.

That initial passion for nonprofits grew into a unique expertise: helping fundraisers, speakers, and leaders communicate with clarity and act without hesitation. My journey taught me that confidence and assertiveness are vital, whether you’re asking for funds, delivering a speech, or making pivotal decisions. My success in fundraising naturally expanded to supporting speakers of all kinds and leaders—from boardrooms to startups and sales teams—to eliminate self-doubt and embrace decisive action.

FundJoy LLC was built on that foundation. Today, through Assertive Ask® and FundJoy Collective, we empower others with the skills they need to communicate effectively, raise funds confidently, and lead with impact—helping them overcome challenges and create meaningful change in their communities.
