I'm Kristal Frazier.

I've spent 18+ years working alongside fundraisers, nonprofit executives, and development teams to help them raise more with less friction. Behind the scenes, I've been the strategic partner helping organizations secure funding, strengthen donor relationships, and build the systems that keep development offices running. My work has helped professionals collectively raise over $200 million from funders and individual donors across 12+ countries.
