Prospect Research 101 Online Class - Starting September 10, 2019
I am turning my number one requested workshop into a six-week class. This is the inaugural class for fundraisers who want to learn how to find donors and secure funding.
This is more than a class because each attendee will receive advice specific to their situation. We are limiting the number of attendees.

September 10, 2019 - Researching Individuals & Corporations
I will share my computer screen with you! You will see my process, step by step.
September 17, 2019 - Creating and Managing a Research Profile
I go beyond donor databases and use a free project management tool for my initial prospect research. I will show you the importance of having your own prospect research system in place.
September 24, 2019 - Re-engaging Lapsed Donors
How do you re-engage a donor who won’t open emails, lost interest or stopped volunteering? I’ll show you what I do.
October 1, 2019 & October 8, 2019 - Individual Script for your next Ask
Every participant will submit details about their next Ask before the first class begins. In the fifth and sixth class, I will tell you exactly what to say at the BIG meeting. You will also hear your classmates' scripts!
October 15, 2019 – How do you keep the momentum going? We will outline the steps you need to take to finish the year strong. This class will focus on Giving Tuesday, year-end giving, and how to prepare for 2020.
If you cannot attend every class, don’t worry! All registrants will receive the recording each week. The classes are Tuesdays at 7 pm CST from September 10 - October 15, 2019.
